$75/pp 3-course vegetarian menu consisting of one savory appetizer, one entree, as well as a dessert course.
$85/pp 3-course menu consisting of one savory vegetarian appetizer, one entree w/ either fish protein, chicken protein, or beef protein, as well as one dessert course.

What to expect?
3 Course Meal catered to you and the tastebuds of your guest.
.55C/Mile. (Chefs kitchen/office to cooking destination)
Consultation with Chef Derrick for a customized menu. (Here we will go over potential allergies if any as well as ingredients or dishes that are beloved.)
Basic Agreement signing where a 60% deposit is required within 2 weeks from the scheduled cook date. Remainder 40% post-dinner. (More explained during agreement phase.)
For the dinner, the chef will bring all equipment and ingredients needed to perform service (pans, seasonings, oil, plates, etc)
The chef will clean up the work area and store away leftover prep if any in containers for the client.
